SHIPPING

Our shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. The shipping charge  starts at  $12.95 per gift basket up to ten (10) pounds. We ship Ground Service via UPS. Ground shipping usually takes 2-8 days depending on destination. If expedited delivery is necessary (1 or 2 days) please contact us to make arrangements for type of services available and prices. (Weekends are not included in delivery time).

Holiday shipping, If you order a gift ground service, we will ship it ground service. There will be NO REFUNDS for delivered late or not ordered with the correct shipping method. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address, Please include the following information:

Floor/Suite/Apartment Number
City, State, Zip Code
Daytime Telephone Number

If you are unsure of the delivery address, we encourage you to contact the recipient before placing your order.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT TIMES

Orders received Sunday through Thursday ship within 24 - 48 hours. Orders received Friday and Saturday ship on the following Monday. Custom Orders ship within 72 hours unless contacted by us (not including weekends).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We regret we do not ship International.

CHANGES IN SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed, or shipping address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly make the necessary changes.

If the gift has already been picked up by the Parcel Delivery Company, we will need to contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error. If UPS, etc. request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your order, there is a $25.00 fee per order. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order.

If your order is return to us as undeliverable, you have the option of reshipping the same order to a new address and pay a new shipping charge, or receive a credit for 50% of the total amount of your order. The shipping charge is not refundable.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

We do not guarantee hospital deliveries. These shipments go to a general receiving department being routed to the patients room. When sending a gift to patient in the hospital please include as much information as possible:

Street Address
City, State, Zip Code

Sorry, no refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.
We hand deliver to select hospitals in New Jersey.  Please note that the gift will most likely be given to the information desk to be delivered by their volunteers.  We do verify the patient is in the building however,  we cannot guarantee delivery to the patient once it leaves our possesion.

Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, NJ
Bayshore Comminity Hospital, Holmdel, NJ
LATE DELIVERY

If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, etc) delay a credit for shipping will be issued. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We take pride in our customer service at Always Elegant Gift Baskets, Inc. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 732-872-9100.

All orders placed with a credit card that has already been processed will be subject to a $6.00 cancellation fee.

We do not allow cancellation on gourmet food gift items or perishable foods after it has been shipped, simply because we cannot reuse any food products found in these gifts.

GUARANTEE POLICY For Internet Orders

All products ordered from Always Elegant Gift Baskets, Inc are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the delivered product, you may exchange it or return it for a refund or credit. (Excluding Shipping and Handling) Simply call us to let us know you are returning the gift basket and for what reason. Then return the gift in its original container. Please include Insurance with the return of the gift. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return or exchange claims must be placed within 10 days of gift being received. A refund or exchange will be issued accordingly.

FOR CUSTOM GIFT BASKETS

Because we create custom gift basket uniquely for your order according to your input, custom gift baskets may not be exchanged or returned. However, contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

SUBSTITUTIONS

At times we may need to substitute items, as we make changes to our inventory based upon discovery on new items, product availability and seasonal difference. Therefore, substitution may be made, but quality will never be compromised.
